1.Moisture content of material. In dry screening, materials with high moisture content or good wettability and adhesiveness are more likely to agglomerate and agglomerate, resulting in clogging of screening holes and greatly reducing screening efficiency.
2.Bulk density of material. In the case of large bulk density, the screening capacity of vibrating screen is directly proportional to the bulk density.
3.Material size. The more easily screened particles are contained in the material, the easier the material is to be screened. On the contrary, the harder the material is to be screened, and the particles with the particle size d = 1-1.5a (a is the size of the sieve hole) are easy to get stuck in the sieve hole of the vibrating screen, which is called blocking particles, which affects the material passing through the sieve hole. Therefore, the more difficult and hindered particles in the material, the lower the screening efficiency of the vibrating screen.
4.Particle shape of material. When the particle shape of the material is spherical, it is easy to pass through the square hole and round hole vibrating screen, while when the particle shape of the material is strip, sheet and polygon, it is difficult to pass through the square hole and round hole screen, but it is easier to pass through the rectangular hole screen.
1.Screen size. When the ratio of length to width is too large, the screening efficiency will be reduced. The length width ratio of the screen surface of the vibrating screen shall be within the appropriate range, generally 2.5-3.
2.The inclination of the screen surface. If the inclination angle of the screen surface is too small, the production capacity will be reduced; if the inclination angle is too large, the screening efficiency will be reduced. Therefore, it is very important to set the proper angle of the shale shaker. The angle of the shale shaker is generally 0 ° - 25 °, while the angle of the fixed screen is generally 40 ° - 45 °.
3.Opening rate. The ratio of the area of the sieve plate to the area of the sieve surface is called the opening rate. The sieve plate with large opening rate has high screening efficiency and large production capacity, but it has low strength and short service life compared with the sieve plate.
4.Mesh shape. The shape of the mesh is different, the capacity of the material is very different. Therefore, when selecting the vibrating screen, it should be noted that the mesh type of the screen plate should be suitable for the particle shape of the material in the production line.
