Meanwhile, destroys the water vapor layer covering the sand, so as to facilitate dehydration.At the same time, the strong water flow formed by adding water can discharge impurities or small foreign matters from the overflow in time to complete cleaning work. While the clean sand and gravels are taken away by the vane, and enter the outlet from the rotating impeller to complete the sand and gravel cleaning operation.
The spiral sand washer is suitable for washing, screening and grading fine and coarse-grained materials in metallurgy, building materials, hydro-power and other industries, especially for the sand which is used in construction and road repairs.
The spiral sand washer is mainly used to mix the sand and gravel through the spiral device in the equipment, so that the soil and water which in the sand and gravel are mixed and discharged from the outlet of the equipment.
